Game Reports

If you issue an ejection to a player or coach, keep their pass after the game, and send the pass to the league for disciplinary action. Don't send the pass to EPSA or EPYSA!  The only time you send the pass to EPYSA is for send-offs during Cup matches.

 For RBJSL games:

      1) The RBJSL has changed to all divisions being travel divisions. Thus, every game requires a game report. Use their on-line report at: www.rbjsl.org.  Click on "Referees", then "Referee Reporting System".    

If you prefer to mail in the game report, send it to:

The RBJSL strongly requests that game reports be sent using their on-line system!

      2) For all games: If there is a send-off or injury, mail a game report to Bob Karnes and a game report to:

                   EPYSA , 2 Village Road, Suite#3, Horsham, PA 19044 

                   Brad Brelje, 4730 Alisan Road, Reading, PA 19606                   

Also, for any ejection, telephone Mark Yocum at 610-898-0980 that night.

For PAGS games:

1)      For all games without a send-off or injury,  Go to www.pags.org for their on-line game report. Click on "Referee Information", then "Game Report". Put the game number in the subject box. A paper copy isn't necessary, but keep the line-up sheets until the end of the season.

     If you have a send-off or injury, mail the game report to: PAGS Referee Coordinator, 317 Baker Station Road, West Grove, PA 19390. Include the line-up sheets and player/coach pass.

 For Delco games:

1)  Use the on-line report at www.delcosoccer.org. Click on "Referees", then "Game Report".                                                                                    

 2)   If a send-off or injury, mail a report and player/coach pass (for send-offs)to Roland Gosselin, 316 Memorial Park, Springfield, PA, 19064, and to EPYSA.

 For Central Penn games (CPYSL):

            For all games: Mail a game report and line-ups to CPYSL, 4075 Lisburn Road, Mechanicsburg, PA, 17055.  Include the player/coach pass for a send-off. Mail a copy to EPYSA if there is a send-off or injury.

 For Lancaster County games (Lanco):

           Use the on-line report at www.lancorefs.com and click on "LANCO Online Game Report". Put the game number in the subject block.

   If you have a send-off or injury, mail a game report and line-ups to Jim Kuntz, 2534 Brookside Drive, Lancaster, PA, 17601.  Include the player/coach pass for a send-off. Mail a copy to EPYSA if there is a send-off or injury.

For Lehigh Valley Youth Soccer League (LVYSL):

For all games: Mail a game report and line-ups to Hal Grahn, 290 Indigo Way, Allentown, PA, 18104. Include the player/coach pass for a send-off. Mail a copy to EPYSA if there is a send-off or injury.


For Lehigh Valley games (Senior Open Division):

      For all games: Mail a game report and line-ups to Pete Csongradi, 1019 E. Walnut St., Allentown, PA, 18109 and a copy to EPSA, 2 Village Road, Suite #7, Horsham, PA, 19044. Include the player/coach pass to Csongradi for a send-off. 


 For EPASL games (Over 30/ Over 40/ Over 50 Divisions:

For all games: Mail a game report and line-ups to Len Weckel, 570 Guldin Road, Blandon, PA, 19510 and a copy to EPSA, 4070 Butler Pike  ·  Suite 100  ·  Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462. Include the player/ coach pass to Weckel for a send-off.

For Northern Valley League:

For all games: mail a game report and line-ups to Pete Csongradi, 1019 E. Walnut St., Allentown, PA, 18109. Mail an additional copy to EPSA, 2 Village Road, Suite #7, Horsham, PA, 19044 if there is a card or injury.

For EYPSA Cup games:

For all games: E-mail a game report to Dave Edgecomb at edgerock1@comcast.net.
