  • Coaches, can we help?
I am assigning these leagues for the Fall season:
  • APL
  • Berks Women League
  • DELCO
  • EDP
  • EPASL- Over 40
  • YorkUSA (formerly Lanco)
  • PAGS
  • RBJSL
RBJSL assigning is being done in GameOfficials (GO) this fall, along with all of the other leagues.  Assignment alerts will be sent from the GO platform.

I need your help!
Week after week of rain-outs have caused cancelled games to be pushed into the the final weeks of the season.  The number of referees needed each weekend has grown to a point that I do not have enough referees to cover them and I have many Need 1s.  You can view the games that need to be covered here:

The spreadsheet has a date-time stamp, using the 24 hour clock.  For instance, 102018-1700, means the date is was saved was October 20, 2018 at 5:00 pm.
If you have been taking Need 1 games this fall, thank-you.  If you have been sitting on the sidelines, now would be a great time to suit up and help get games covered.  If you see an assignment that you would like, send me an email with the game number and date it will be played.

I have urgent Need 1s for Sunday, October 21st.  Seven referees are needed at 1:00 pm.  I also need two referees who would like to do an EPASL Over 40 Mens game at 4:00 pm

Thanks,
Bob Geyer

Using the Open Games feature In GameOfficials
GameOfficials has a feature that allows you to view games that have not yet been assigned. I have enabled it for my Group; Berks Soccer Referees.  I encourage you to use it to find games that I may be having trouble filling and that you would like to ref.  I have outlined how to use the feature in the "Using Open Games" pdf, below.

RBJSL Game and Incident Reports
RBJSL game reports are being submitted through GameOfficials this fall, rather than though the Demosphere platform.  No other league is using the GameOfficials reporting system.  I sent our instructions for completing your game report and an incident report, if needed.  Note that you will have to complete an incident report for each incident occurrence in your game.  So, if you have one serious injury, dismiss the coach, and caution a player, you will have three incident reports for that game.  They are easy to do and fairly quick to write up if you have all of your information.  And, yes, a yellow card gets an incident report, because RBJSL wants to know about them and that's where they are recorded.  Because the GameOfficials instructions didn't keep the format I used to write them, I've given you a download file with the original formatting.
