Eastern PA Soccer Association Referee Committee (EPSARC), our local governing body, is in charge of handling upgrading. Most referees begin at a "Grassroots" certification. Some referees want to challenge themselves to officiate higher level games. Many State tournaments require a Grade 7 or higher. Please look over this page or click to the right to find out more information.
